Nonprofit Sign-Up

 

If your nonprofit organization is interested in becoming one of the groups that receives a share of the proceeds from sales made through WExchange during a quarter here's what you need to do:

  • Have an elected director or officer of your organization send a request to participate, in writing to:

 

                      WExchange, Inc., P.O. Box 2062, Middleburg, VA 2011

  • Enclose a copy of the letter from the Internal Revenue Service that officially recognized your organization's status as a 501c(3) charitable organization with your request to participate
 
We will reply to your request as soon as possible and mail you further information. Kindly do not contact the sales associate at the store itself as they will be unable to assist you. 
 
Note: WExchange does not accept organizations that are,  or have,  religious affiliations as we feel they are better served by others.
 
WExchange accepts upto six (6) nonprofit groups each quarter. No group will be assigned participation more than once in any given year.  Groups are assisgned on a first come, first served basis. Assignment to any quarter is solely at the discretion of WExchange.
